“Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.”
Christian is an interdisciplinary designer, artist, and educator based in Richmond, Virginia, with a focus on creating immersive visual experiences that bridge technology and human connection. Drawing from his passions for music, games, sports, and travel, Christian integrates these influences into his design projects to craft compelling narratives and engaging digital experiences. He believes that design is not just about aesthetics—it's about creating moments of connection that resonate deeply and leave a lasting impact.

Previously, Christian worked as an English teacher in Yamaguchi, Japan, where he combined his creative and design skills to develop interactive and immersive educational materials for K-9 students. His work included designing custom curriculums, videos, posters, and interactive presentations that made learning both fun and effective. By weaving narrative and gamification into his teaching, Christian created environments where students could engage with content on a deeper level, fostering both language learning and creativity.

At the core of Christian’s work is the belief that art, technology, and design have the power to inspire and connect. He approaches every project as an opportunity to bridge the gap between the virtual and the emotional.  Outside of design, Christian’s perspective is deeply influenced by his love for music production, where he uses analog and digital synthesizers to explore sound design and push creative boundaries. As a dedicated Game Master for tabletop RPGs, he thrives on crafting intricate worlds, developing immersive narratives, and guiding players through rich, story-driven experiences. His passion for narrative-driven video games, combined with a fascination for film analysis, anime, and sports psychology, continually shapes his approach to blending creativity, technology, and human connection in every project he undertakes.
